Our Web Site
and History

Located in the historical district of downtown San Clemente, visitors will find the ideal setting for "The Conservatory." What better place to house Beth Carney's fine collection of antiques, vintage lighting, and decorative arts than a home which is currently on the Historical Society's register. A great deal of searching and negotiating was required before Beth's husband, Tom Carney secured their new location.

After acquiring this delightful historic treasure, months of hard work was needed to fix up this 1927 'Ole Hanson' bungalow before The Conservatory was ready to open. Beth and Tom are now in the process of restoring the courtyard gardens to it's original luster, and currently have great plans for the future showcasing vintage and antique garden furniture.
