San Clemente Villas by the Sea

Thank you for your interest in San Clemente Villas by the Sea, a Resort Style Senior Living Community. 

We feature Assisted and Active Independent Living with freedom from daily tasks. Our community features a tropical pool with spa, fitness center; massage rooms, activity center, family room, café, beauty salon/barber shop and a movie theater.

Included in your monthly rate are 3 delicious gourmet meals per day in our ocean view dining rooms. We invite you for a personal tour and a complimentary lunch. Experience fine dining and terrific views as well as visit with our residents. We also feature weekly housekeeping to include washing linens and towels, daily activities, transportation and state-of-the-art Emergency Call System.

If you should require assistance, we can provide many levels of care and offer specialized dementia care. For dementia care, we have private studio suites in a separate and secured wing called the West Indies.

Luxury apartment suites on the top floor have vaulted ceilings, which are spacious and airy. Most units have walk-in closets, balcony and ocean views. All of our units feature kitchenettes with large refrigerator/freezer and microwave plus ceiling fans, individual thermostats for heating and air-conditioning and free covered and open parking spaces.
