About Us:
We are a group of fitness and outdoor enthusiasts. We enjoy the challenge of
staying in shape, yet we also are realists. We know that IF we want the results
we desire, fifteen minutes on the treadmill just won't do it (and that's about
ALL we can handle of being indoors). We LOVE being outdoors, we LOVE
friendships, we LOVE challenging our weaknesses until they become our strengths.
We believe FITNESS SHOULD BE FUN! So, we hike, we kayak, we snow shoe, we cross
country ski, we rock climb, we have fun, we enjoy nature and each other's
conversation. We stay in impeccable fitness shape, without beating our bodies to
the ground.
When one enjoys what they do it's not work anymore. I suppose we can say we "fun
out" instead of "work out".... But, that doesn't make much sense.
October 1, 2008 is the official six-year anniversary of our "OUTDOOR FITNESS
