About Us:
Our plans for Cafe Mimosa was to create a fine dining menu that fits in a "Spanish Village by the Sea". Creative and
tasty food that's reasonably priced and not too fussy in a warm and comfortable atmosphere. To
achieve this we sought out one of Orange Counties finest chefs. Tim Nolen. Formerly with Troque who exceeded at our expectations in creating a
menu featuring California cuisine with a French Bistro influence.
Offering a seasonal menu featuring many organically grown and sustainable farmed foods. Mimosa is a great place to drop
in for a latte, a mimosa or perhaps a coffee or tea. Try one of our 9 flavors of Mimosas or perhaps our organic coffee and teas. Linger in
the afternoon for a desert and coffee or maybe a glass of wine or beer. Our wine list features unique and affordable
selections. The menu choices are sure to please!
